Jiacai’s BOV consists of a valve on which a flexible multilayer film bag, containing the product to be dispensed, is affixed or welded. The propellant, liquid gas or compressed gas (Nitrogen, air), is contained between the bag and can and squeezes the bag to release the product through the valve when the spray button is pressed.
All Jiacai’s BOVs guarantee high impermeability. Our valves are available in different types providing various flowing rates suitable for a broad range of application. Different types of actuators and caps are available for products such as water-base product, oil, foam, gel and other products.

We have independently developed a series of sets of testing equipment for BOV packaging in order to provide qualified, safe and environment friendly BOVs without any leaking problems for our customers. Besides, we also own the set of filling machine specially designed for BOV packaging. By doing so, we could provide specific BOV packaging data to design different solutions for customers in different application areas such as food, personal care, household, pharmaceutical area and other areas.
